What is your Cancellation Policy?
- All clients are required to have a card on file.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service.
- No-show/same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service.
- Cancellation charges must be paid before your next appt at The Good Space.
- We are very understanding of emergencies and willing to work with you if communicated!
- We appreciate and respect you and your time and hope you can also respect ours as well!

At The Good Space, we are committed to providing a cozy and relaxing environment for all of our clients. In order to maintain this atmosphere and environment, we ask that children under the age of 10 not accompany clients to their appointments. If there is an emergency please communicate so we can help accommodate.
Exceptions: Infants are always welcome in the salon. However, once a child becomes mobile, we kindly request that they be left at home in order to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

At The Good Space, we prioritize client satisfaction and experience above everything else. Our services are non-refundable, with that being said, we understand that sometimes adjustments may be necessary. If you are not completely satisfied with your color or service, we are happy to schedule a complimentary adjustment appointment. We do not offer refunds on extension installs.
To ensure we can address any concerns, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment to arrange an adjustment. After 72 hours there will be an adjustment color cost fee.

Extension Maintenance Policy?
If you damage or discolor your extensions from sunscreen or spray tan/self tanners, The Good Space is not held responsible and you may need to purchase new extension hair depending on state of hair. If you choose not to purchase new hair there will be an additional charge to treat your extensions; however, there is no guarantee that we will be able to remove discoloration from the extensions. Move-ups need to be scheduled between 6-9 weeks. After 9 weeks, there may be a $90 tangle removing fee if needed.
